I am living in a fairytale . True Love is like a wonderful drug . The side effect is unbelievable happiness and butterflies . If you don't know this feeling , never stop looking for it . It is most likely right in front of you , just open your heart .

    I will NOT settle for less than a heart flutter. ego looks for financial security, & social status, completely missing the energy that can only be felt between two souls that are on the same level. in the past, I have been in some tempestuous relationships so my Heart closed in fear of being hurt. it was SOOO hard to let my guard down. Live with an open heart because you never know who might fall in it.
    when I found myself in Love it was hard to understand , it had no reason. friends , family & society didn't understand. if I don't follow my Heart , I WILL spend the rest of my life regretting it .
Passion —making Love without touching, those moments, experiences that feed my soul and make my heart beat don’t just go away if I close my eyes. They fester and eat away at my worthiness.
   Hurt happens. But so does healing.I can't think my way out of pain & confusion. Sometimes, the best answers come to me when I relaxed my mind & heart . become in tune with the universe. that's where pain is stored. I have to be brave enough to go there .live life from my heart . it can't be done without causing someone pain . I am Truly sorry for that .

Does anyone even know what real Yoga is ? What is with trying to turn it into some fad ? " hot yoga "   THAT IS WRONG IS SO MANY WAYS . " painful yoga " YOURE DOING IT WRONG .
 You are doing it to find inner zen , tranquility . Not sweat , be in a room with other people and having some one tell you what to do . It is the one time you are to listen to your inner self period . That's the point . How did everyone get so off track ?
